Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon
1.5 oz. Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon
.5 oz. Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino
.5 oz. Cynar
2 Dashes Angostrura Hella Bitters
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until well chilled.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Stir with a straw.
Garnish with an Amarena cherry.
5 oz. Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon
1oz. Peach Puree
2oz. Gruet Sparkling Wine
2-3 Dashes of Peach Bitters
Build in champagne flute in this order:
peach puree, Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon, 2-3 dashes bitters, top with sparkling wine

Mint Julep Bourbon Ball
4 oz Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon
2 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Creme De Cacao
6 Torn Fresh Mint Leaves
Handful of Ice
Crushed ice for each glass
Extra mint for garnish
Add the bourbon, Irish cream, creme de cacao and 6 mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Add the handful of ice and stir well for at least 1 minute.
Fill two low ball glasses with crushed ice. Strain the cocktail into each glass. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
